WILL BE THERE Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that promotes leadership and supports teenage mental health in the community by offering resources, encouraging volunteerism, and building a local and international network of non-profit organizations.

President and Co-Founder

Adrit Bagepalli is the President and Co-Founder of WILL BE THERE Foundation. He is currently a sophomore attending Dougherty Valley High, an active member of Boy Scouts (on-track to become an Eagle Scout), and a member of several volunteer organizations. As the leader of Will Be There, Adrit is passionate about generating strategic solutions to his community’s most pressing issues with a creative and detailed approach. His goal is to build a community of driven student leaders who aim to better themselves and the community around them.

In this fast-changing world, surrounded by devices and fewer opportunities for human interaction, Adrit believes teenagers need more help, support, and encouragement to be a part of an active community and to become experienced leaders in the future. He wants to be the change agent that connects parents with their teenage children, teenage peer groups, and the community at large.

Aditi Bagepalli is the Co-Founder of Will Be There Foundation and is currently a student pursuing higher education. She is the Founder and Charter President of the Interact Club of San Ramon Valley (a community-based volunteer club sponsored by Rotary Club and the first community-based Interact Club in Rotary District 5160) and the Student Founder and Coordinator of the prestigious GATE Program at Windemere Ranch Middle School, CA. She has been involved in volunteering, designing, and implementing unique and life-changing programs that include topics in Leadership, STEM, Journalism, and Entrepreneurship. More than 2500 students have participated in programs designed by Aditi.
